Primary Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Service Manager to lead our sales
and services in Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth,
managing customer relationships, overseeing after-sales service, and ensuring the
seamless operation of service activities. This role requires a strong technical background
in industrial automation, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales
and customer service.

- Technical Expertise in Automation Solutions: Deep understanding of automation
technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape. - Sales Acumen: Proven track record of sales success, ideally in a technical or B2B sales

clients and stakeholders. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and cross-functional

- Customer Relationship Management
Key Responsible Area(KRA) & JD :
- Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve
revenue targets, increase market share, and drive growth in the packaging automation
industry. - Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automation industry.
- Customer Relationships:
-Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at major clients, including manufacturers, integrators, and enterprises looking for automation solutions.
– Serve as a point of escalation for high-value or complex sales opportunities. - Market and Product Knowledge:
– Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in automation technologies.
– Work closely with product development and engineering teams to understand product
capabilities and effectively communicate them to potential clients. - Sales Forecasting and Reporting
– Develop sales forecasts and track performance against goals.
– Report on key sales metrics, including revenue, pipeline health, win/loss rates, and
other KPIs. - Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
- Lead negotiations on large, complex deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
-Ensure compliance with pricing strategies and contract terms. - Planning for Installation & Commissioning- Oversee the service team to ensure timely and effective after-sales support. Daily report supervision.
- Involvement in the trial of the machine for a smooth handover. Establish and maintain service protocols to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Manage service contracts, warranties, and maintenance agreements.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Looks after spare part business.
- Maintain the data of MOM for the customer
- Involve in FAT
Educational Qualification:
BE/ME Mechanical Engineering
Work Experience:
- 18-20+ years of experience in sales & after-sales services, with at least 5-7 years
in a leadership role. - Experience in the automation, technology, manufacturing, or industrial sectors.
- A degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field is often preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM and Odoo ERP systems is an added advantage.

Salary:
-$90,000 to $110,000 AUD Base salary + Superannuation + Other allowances
